We have delivery teams across the UK, Spain, and Ukraine. As we continue to grow our presence, we are expanding our team and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative in Spain to support our outbound sales efforts and help fuel our next stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this SDR role is a stand alone role trusted with building a Sales
function in Spain from the ground up. We want to target local Spanish companies with an
International reach and also explore public sector opportunities.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will own new business generation. This is a hands- on role for someone who thrives in outbound sales, understands complex software development
services, and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close and early account expansion.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, founders, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders, positioning
Evolved Ideas as a trusted partner for product delivery and development team growth.
We are looking for someone that can lead a market expansion strategy, identifying, researching, and entering new markets in Spain as well as international markets.

What You’ll Do
● Drive new business by sourcing and closing high-potential clients through proactive
outbound outreach and ecosystem networking
● Lead discovery and qualification calls, identifying client challenges and positioning Evolved-
Ideas as a strategic delivery partner
● Own the full sales cycle, including self-sourcing, inbound lead management, negotiation, and
closing
● Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to develop tailored, client-specific proposals
● Leverage modern sales and automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Apollo) to scale outreach and improve efficiency

● Support a seamless post-close handover to relevant team and nurture new accounts to
ensure long-term success
● Attend international trade shows and networking events.
● Build relationships with government institutions and industry clusters involved in helping
business grow.

What You Bring
● Proven International experience in B2B software and tech sales with a strong outbound
focus (IT services)
● Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
● Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem and experience selling to CTOs and senior
technology leaders
● Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools such as Hubspot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales
Navigator
● Curiosity around AI, automation, and modern sales workflows
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills both in English and Spanish
● Comfortable operating in a high-ownership and growth environment

We are based in the Canary Islands, Spain. To apply for this vacancy you must have the right to
work in Spain. The role can only be performed remotely within Spain. We are unable to hire
